A country developes alongside sincerity of its leaders and officials to pursue progress within stipulated benchmark. They have a full knowledge with them in order to to provide a truth path for a country that they a lead. Then, its should come along with sincerely planned and geared towards the better that is a wise to focus on an ambitious vision. Everyone should making their own way to grab that opportunity a transform the dream to "reality".

Individual who is transparent is a sincere person and free from pretense. People might judge him by a different view but ALLAH The Almighty is the one that know that he is sincere.

Everything must be done in total sincerity if one desires to earn recognition in the sight of ALLAH SWT for any services rendered to please Him. In a wider perspective how great would it be for a leader to strive and lead in all sincerity transforming his nation into a fully developed country and how satisfying if one has a role in this noble endeavor.

Everyone must in all sincerity ask oneself whether or not he has something within his training, experience and ability to contribute in a small or great way.

People in one sense become trustworthy because they believe strongly that they couldn't hide anything from ALLAH SWT. The Holy Quran says, "It was We created man, an We know what dark suggestions his soul make to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein. Behold, two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) (and noted them), one sitting on his right and one on the left. Not words does he utter (and an action done) but there is a sentinel by him, ready to note it."-Al-Quran, 5: 16-18.
